What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, the address of the home we clean, how we get in, notes about the home and pets, and your payment card through our payment processor. If you apply for a job, we collect what you put in the application form.
How we use it
To schedule and carry out cleans, text you about visits, charge for completed work and answer your questions. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who sees it
Your team and our office staff see what they need to do the job. Our scheduling software, text-message provider and payment processor store data on our behalf. Card numbers are held by the payment processor; we never see or store them in full.
Photos
Sill-check photos and move-out room photos are sent to you and kept for 90 days in case of a re-clean or a landlord dispute, then deleted.
This website
Our website uses basic, cookie-free analytics to count visits. Forms send your answers to our office inbox.
Your choices
Ask us at hello@whitesill.co to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days. Text STOP to stop booking texts at any time.
