Office cleaning for small Denver businesses
We clean small offices after hours: design studios, law offices, therapy practices and a few dental front offices. You get the same two-person team, a key card or door code, and a checklist we write with you during a free walk-through. We don’t do medical sterilization, restaurant kitchens or buildings over about 8,000 square feet. Those need a janitorial company with night crews, and we will tell you so.

How it starts
A free 30-minute walk-through with whoever holds the keys. We write the checklist in plain language, quote the hours it takes, and send a certificate of insurance to you or your property manager before the first night.
Rates
$52 per cleaner-hour, billed monthly. A typical 2,500 sq ft office cleaned twice a week takes two cleaners about an hour each, so it runs about $900 a month. Supplies are included; paper goods and soap refills are yours, or we buy them and bill at cost.
