Deep cleaning for Denver homes

A deep clean is the standard checklist plus everything that builds up slowly: baseboards wiped by hand, door frames and switch plates, cabinet fronts, shower grout scrubbed, blinds dusted slat by slat, and under and behind anything we can move. Every recurring plan starts with one, because a two-hour standard clean can’t catch up on months of buildup.

Not included

Inside the oven ($40) and fridge ($35) are add-ons. We don’t shampoo carpets, remove mold, wash exterior windows above the first floor or move heavy furniture.

Why the first visit costs more

Most of the time in a deep clean goes into surfaces nobody touches every week: the tops of door frames, the grout line where the tub meets the floor, the fan blades. Once those are done, a standard clean every two or four weeks keeps them that way. That is why recurring plans start with one deep clean and then drop to the standard price.

What a deep clean can’t fix

Etched glass, stained grout and hard-water damage on old fixtures are permanent. We will get them as clean as they can get, and the team lead will point them out in the visit notes so you aren’t left wondering whether we skipped them.
