We don’t leave until the sill passes.
Window sills collect what a rushed clean skips: dust, dead flies, the ring under a plant pot. So the last thing the team lead does is run a white cloth along one sill, photograph the cloth and text it to you.

What happens after you book

See your price
Pick the home size and type of clean in the estimator. The price you see is the price you pay, unless the house turns out much bigger than the form says. If it does, we call before charging more.

Pick a day
Book online or text us. We reply within one business hour with two or three open days. First visits are usually four to six business days out.

Two cleaners arrive
Morning visits arrive between 8 and 10 am, afternoon visits between noon and 2 pm. The team texts when they leave the house before yours.

The sill check
Before leaving, the team lead wipes a sill with a white cloth, photographs it and texts it to you with the checklist and any notes.

Pay when it’s done
Your card is charged after the team leaves. Tips are optional and go to the two people who cleaned. Missed something? Text us a photo within 48 hours.
Who cleans your house
Every cleaner is on our payroll.
No contractors, and no app matching you with whoever is free that day. Our cleaners start at $23.50 an hour plus tips, get paid time off from their first month and train for two weeks with a team lead before they clean on their own. Most of them stay for years, which is why your team knows your house.

Our office is on South Pearl in Platt Park, and our routes run about 25 minutes in any direction. No travel fee anywhere inside that. We don’t go south of C-470 or north of I-70, except for office contracts.
