House cleaning in Park Hill
Park Hill houses are older and bigger than they look from the parkway: Tudors and foursquares from the 1920s and 30s, many with original tile bathrooms, leaded glass and plaster walls. They clean beautifully, as long as nobody reaches for the wrong product.

What we see in these homes
Leaded and stained glass gets distilled water and a soft cloth, never ammonia, which can dull old lead came. Original 1930s pink, green and black tile gets a pH-neutral cleaner and a nylon brush on the grout, because acidic cleaners etch it. Cedar closets get vacuumed, not wiped.
October is elm leaf season. Expect leaf bits in entryways and on window sills until the trees are bare.
Parking and access
Easy street parking almost everywhere. Many houses have detached garages off the alley.
Questions from neighbors
Can you clean our original bathroom tile without damaging it?
Yes, and we will tell you which stains are in the grout and which are in the glaze. Glaze damage won’t come out with any cleaner.
Do you clean finished basements?
Yes. A finished basement with a bathroom counts as one more bathroom when we price.
About 2 hours on site. Two cleaners, supplies included. Card charged after the clean.
No travel fee. Same prices as everywhere else in our service area.
