Apartment and condo cleaning in Capitol Hill and Cheesman Park

Capitol Hill is mostly condos and apartments: units carved out of 1890s mansions, brick walk-ups from the 1920s and the 1960s towers along Cheesman Park. The cleaning is small-footprint, but the logistics take planning, so tell us about parking and building rules when you book.

Housing

Condos in old mansions, 1960s high-rises, garden-level units

What we see in these homes

Radiators collect a gray felt of dust behind them that a quick clean misses. Garden-level units have window wells full of leaves, and their sills pick up grit from the sidewalk. In the converted mansions, plaster walls and tall baseboards make a deep clean take longer than the square footage suggests.

Parking and access

Most blocks are permit-only. If you can leave a visitor pass on the dash spot or in the lockbox, please do. Otherwise we feed a meter and add the cost to the invoice, usually $3 to $6. For move-outs in high-rises, reserve the freight elevator for us the same way you would for movers.

Questions from neighbors

My building only allows contractors with insurance on file. Can you send it?

Yes. We email a certificate of insurance to your building manager the same day, naming the HOA if they ask.

Is a studio worth booking two cleaners?

For a standard clean, our two-person team finishes a studio in about an hour and a half. You pay the flat $139, not by the hour.

Prices here

About 2 hours on site. Two cleaners, supplies included. Card charged after the clean.

No travel fee. Same prices as everywhere else in our service area.
