Standard house cleaning in Denver
This is the clean most of our recurring clients get. Two cleaners work through every room on the checklist: dusting, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors, beds and trash. It assumes the house is in reasonable shape. If it has been more than six weeks since the last clean, start with a deep clean, because the standard price doesn’t cover the extra time.

Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets (add-ons), interior windows ($7 each), baseboards wiped by hand (that is part of the deep clean), laundry unless you add it, and more than one sink load of dishes.

How a standard visit runs
The team texts when they leave the previous house, usually 20 to 40 minutes ahead. They start upstairs and work down, kitchen last, so nothing gets tracked across a floor that is already done. On the way out the team lead wipes one window sill with a white cloth, photographs it and texts you the photo with the checklist.

Weekly visits are 20% off, every two weeks 15% off, every four weeks 10% off. Homes over 3,500 square feet get a quote after a walk-through.
Is a standard clean enough?
For a house that gets cleaned every two weeks, yes. For a house that hasn’t been professionally cleaned this year, no. You will see the difference on the baseboards and the shower glass, and you will feel like you paid for a clean that didn’t finish. We would rather tell you that before the first visit than after.
