Listing photos show every streak on a shower door and every water spot on a faucet. This is a deep clean plus interior windows, glass and fixtures done to photo standard, booked one or two days before your photographer. Agents send us the shoot time and we work backward from it.

Timing with your photographer
Book us for the day before the shoot, or the morning of if the stager finishes late. If the house is still being painted or repaired, wait. Fresh dust after a clean shows up in photos too.

Same as our move-out prices. Occupied homes take longer than empty ones, so we may quote one size up for a house that is still fully lived in.
