The home has to be empty. We clean inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, the oven and fridge inside and out, baseboards and doors, light fixtures we can reach from a step stool, and the window tracks landlords check first. If your property manager gave you a move-out checklist, text it to us and we will work from theirs.

The deposit part
Landlords look at the same places every time: the oven, the fridge gasket, the bathroom fan cover, window tracks and the top of the baseboards. We photograph each of those when we finish and send you the set. If your walk-through is within seven days of our clean and the landlord flags something on our checklist, send us their note and we come back free.

Buildings with elevators
Many high-rises around Cheesman Park and downtown want movers and cleaners booked on the freight elevator. Reserve a two-hour window for us when you reserve one for your movers, and tell us the building’s rules when you book.
