What we see in these homes
Black window frames and matte black faucets show every water spot and fingerprint. We dry them with a separate cloth after cleaning so they don’t streak. Floating stairs collect dust on both sides of every tread. In the Victorian cottages, it’s plaster, picture rails and one bathroom doing a lot of work.
Parking and access
Townhome rows often share a narrow alley. A garage code or a lockbox on the front door saves the team from circling for parking near Highland Square or 32nd Avenue.

Do you clean rooftop decks?
We sweep the deck and wipe down the furniture as an add-on for $30. We don’t pressure-wash or clean the railings’ glass from the outside.
Does a four-story townhome count as a bigger home?
We price by bedrooms and bathrooms, but if you have four levels and a roof deck we usually quote one size up. We will say so before you book, not after.
